Question Bulk then cut? or cut then bulk?

The debate, bulk then cut, or cut then bulk.

    My cycles:

    BULK:
    Hdrol
    Methyl 1ad
    tribulus
    fish oil
    joint repair
    liver care preloaded
    forged liver
    vitamin c
    orange triad

    PCT for BULK:
HCgenerate or phytoserms347 or Activate Extreme
    tbomb II
    DAA
Tamoxifen 3 weeks (20/20/20) with Formastane (until i run out of forma)
    Post Cycle Support (Driven Sports)
    fish oil
    joint repair
    vitamin C
    orange triad

    Cutting Cycle:
SNS TTA 500 (1 cap 3x/day, one b4 lunch, b4 dinner, and sleep)
    Raspberry ketones (1cap 3x/day)
    CLA Supreme Caps (2caps 3x/day)
    Orange Triad
    Poesidon (nimbus)
    Vitamin C

    Thanks

Bulk with higher calories and then cut if you ask me.

Easier to put on muscle if you're really going above and beyond on calories and also it is easier to cut if you have more lean body mass on your body as you're burning more calories already. Not to mention it is going to be real hard to just "lean bulk" and gain the same amount of weight as you would on a "dirtier" (not talking about food quality here, talking about caloric intake).

    Just my 2c.

it just depends on where you are as an athlete/bodybuilder and what YOU want as far as strength, size, or whatever. At 6'1, 195, im guessing your somwhere in the middle as far as bodyfat, sounds like a RECOMP would be perfect for you, IMO. Either way, good luck man.

If you want to spend less time cutting in the long run id say cut then lean bulk. It equals more time gaining muscle than just trying to maintain it in a cut. Just my .02

I wouldnt be able to do that myself, I personally don't enjoy getting fat. Wish I had lean genes..
