Im gonna order some liquid nolva from custom. Just wanted to make sure I get the right amount for 4 weeks PCT
3 ml/60 gm daily
total needed for 4 weeks, 30 days-90 ml or 1800 mg
1 ml=20 mg 50 mls=1000 mg= 1 bottel..
need 2 bottels for 4 weeks
Does that seem right?


and whats the best way to mix T-gel and 1-test powder. will shaking be enough?

Week 1 - 60mg or 3ml/day
Week 2 - 60mg or 3ml/day
Week 3 - 45mg or 2.25ml/day
Week 4 - 30mg or 1.5ml/day

Total volume needed: 68.25ml

Add the powder to the t-gel and shake. You may need to heat it some to get everything to dissolve.
