Ostarine: Liquid vs Tablets

Hey guys i was wondering if there is a difference in effectivness of Ostarine in tablet instead of liquid form? as ive seen it about and was wondering if theres any marked difference?

They should be the same if both are a quality product. I do think the capsules are more convenient though.
