how anti-catabolic is test?
I was always curious how powerful it is on anti-catabolic side? I currently lowered my post cardio to 30min. So now im dosing 1000mg test-e a wk while training 30min weights 5min abs 30min low cardio (hr at 120 -+). I recently dropped BCAA to see if it will speed up fat burning process since this is a very debated subject and I wanna see for myself. So back to the original question, how ant-catabolic is testosterone enthanate on 1000mg a wk? Would it keep me anabolic throughout this type of training session.

Well im wonder to what degree its anti catabolic that's why i dropped bcaa but in general im curious as to how much your body could take on that much test before going catabolic

very very anti catabolic. how long have you been on?? at wk 3-4 you will see what i am talking about. no need to drop the bcaa, they are only helping things.

im sure as long as other nutrients are there to support the anabolic (building up) process, your body wont have to scavange other places, for what it needs for energy, protein, nutrients, etc resulting in catabolism in order to continue anabolism.
if that makes sense.
proper macro/micro nutrient intake along with proper intensity/duration will be the best way to increase the anabolic process of building lean muscle tissue, while limiting the catabolic process of breaking down larger molecules for energy/nutrients.

Yeah my diet is good even my pre workout meal is pretty strict all around. I just haven't noticed much fatliss while taking 10g BCAA as id expect that's whybim wondering if test is anabolic enough. Ill test it out for a while.

I usually get around 60 70g protein and around 40g carbs 2 hrs before I workout. I like my pre workout.meals low un carbs and not too high in cals and I take 2.5 scoops C4 very strong peeworkout with creating nitrate love it!

I would up your heartrate during cardio. 145 is where i think you should be at, 120 is too low.

also 1g of test to cut is silly also !
its anti-catabolic yes but you can still loss alot of muscle so dont kid yourself!

..... im not cutting loll im just doing cardio kinda like. A lean bulk. Someforget but cardio IS important. Bcaa yeah I.might add them back in soon. I dosed 10g. I love testing theories out tibwhich many older members know. I wanted some ppls opinions and trybfor myself to see howbeffective test is

I've never noticed a Damn thing from bcaas except making my wallet lighter. I went thru 5jugs of axcell 4of powershock and a few jugs of bulk. I wish I would have spent my $ on something else.

I like bcaa's. im using lg's eaa + bcaa, it was only 13 bucks for 10g's per serving with 30 servings. watermelon kiwi.
even if placebo, i feel better using it while working out.
going to try vpx's power shock next.
I fill my shaker to the top with water, so no matter how it taste, it gets watered down.
