I was always curious how powerful it is on anti-catabolic side? I currently lowered my post cardio to 30min. So now im dosing 1000mg test-e a wk while training 30min weights 5min abs 30min low cardio (hr at 120 -+). I recently dropped BCAA to see if it will speed up fat burning process since this is a very debated subject and I wanna see for myself. So back to the original question, how ant-catabolic is testosterone enthanate on 1000mg a wk? Would it keep me anabolic throughout this type of training session.
