First Cycle PCT help needed!!!!

Ok so my first cycle I was going to do a test e or test cyp. I wanted to also throw in EQ if i could find it. The cycle I came up with is
1-10 test 500mg ew
1-10 adex.25mgeod
1-10 eq 400mg ew

Also I was figuring I'd through in Forma stanzol for the duration of the cycle. Now I've been doing a lot of research for my PCT and getting so many people telling me different things at this point its really just confusing me more than anything. So my main questions are

1.Should i take adex during my cycle?
2.Will a pct of nolva 40/40/20/20 be good or should i use something else?

Unless your gonna drag the cycle out a bit longer or need the eq for joints, it isn't really gonna show you much results at only 10 weeks.

i was thinking of actually doing the eq for minimum 12 weeks i wasnt sure if i should do the test an extra 2 weeks also. and yes my joints could definitely use the benefits of the eq
