hi everyone new to the board site looks good hope to learn from everyone.. 34 years old 6'2 220 training 10 years now.. was about 248 had a bad car crash 6 months ago broke arm han pelvis and shattered mt foot. looking to start back training in a few week light and slow

all yes was hit head on by drunk driver he died i spent 31 days in hospital 7 year old son was in car with me son didnt have a scratch on him..
