Is Bismark Labs 1AD real? One way to find out...

Hello. I had a couple bottles of Bismark Labs 1AD (got them before I found this site) and the jury still seems to be out on it, so I figured I'd track myself while using it.

Baseline:
Weight: 209 lbs
Bench (flat) 250x10x4

I'll add a baseline leg press on my next leg day. Starting at the recommended 3 caps a day to see how I tolerate it, then probably going up to 4.

Deadlift; 260x8x4

No real sides at this point.

Run it at 600mg e/d and then let us know what's up, 300-400mg is weak

Upped it to 500 mg today, will probably try 600 mg tomorrow. No real sides yet. Tried powder from one cap under the tongue to see if it burned, but it did not.

You do want to avoid taking this much after 8:00, or getting to sleep will be a problem. Had some elbow and shoulder pain in the gym today, but that may be more attributable to playing 5 games of softball this weekend than to the supplement.

Felt some moderate improvement over the cycle, but it doesn't seem to match what people said the Ergopharm 1AD did.

Yeah, I'd say it's pretty effective at cutting excess weight from your wallet, but not much else.

Break open cap and put it under your tongue. Your mouth contains enzymes that will convert it to 1-testosterone. If its legit it will feel "hot" and almost burn after a bit. There are other hormones that do this but it's a pretty easy way to test 1-andro products.
