I know research research research I have looked at stuff for 2 years and the chem stuff still confuses me. Sorry not a scientist. I am 47yrs old lift 4-6 days but having trouble cutting some fat. diet isn't perfect but is getting there. I want to do a cycle with otc pct if possible. Can someone that has had a successful go of it give me a plan. from day 1 to end if possible. cycle support, ph, and pct. I am leaning towards epi but will look at any suggestions. Its alot to ask but I am ready to try but still need help with a successful plan. I dont want to make any mistakes. please help
