Suggestions?

I am going back to the gym for the first time since last june. My mom died in june and since then have'nt trained at all. Any suggestions on how I should get back into it, and the most important thing. When should I start a little something like hdrol and/or xtren. I am 36 yrs old and weigh around 182. I lost about 18 pds since then. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have never been away from the gym for that long since I was a teenager. Thanks.

Man go with natural stuff for a bit, protein bcaa etc

Once you hit a wall and can't get any bigger or lose any more fat than run something.

Have u heard of muscle memory ??
