I understand that while cutting some use a PH / Designer to maintain strength and NRG. But I'm a little confused as to which would be better suited.
I do cardio no matter what cycle, and I must say all the PH / DS brings complications to cardio. TheOne and Hdrol gave my calves pumps, Mdrol estane made heart pump. Since most PH /DS gives one High BP how does one cut when limited to short / easy cardio session?
Does everyone slows down the cardio and mainly rely on lowering cals while "On"?
