Hey all,
I am 26 old and have been trolling these boards for a while.
6’ tall 190 pounds with about 9 lbs. of body fat.
I work out with weights 3x per week, and run 3x per week.
Like some advice on how to gain 100s of a second in the forty because I have hit a plateau.
Currently running 4.6 and would like to get in the 4.5 range
I have experience running XTren on several cycles but it's my understanding it’s not good for Cardio type of activities.
I would like to try a steroid type compound preferably pills not injectable to help me reach my goal.
Can you provide me recommendations and dosing instructions?
