Needing a little help to increase speed..

Hey all,

I am 26 old and have been trolling these boards for a while.
6’ tall 190 pounds with about 9 lbs. of body fat.

I work out with weights 3x per week, and run 3x per week.
Like some advice on how to gain 100s of a second in the forty because I have hit a plateau.
Currently running 4.6 and would like to get in the 4.5 range

I have experience running XTren on several cycles but it's my understanding it’s not good for Cardio type of activities.
I would like to try a steroid type compound preferably pills not injectable to help me reach my goal.

Can you provide me recommendations and dosing instructions?

u might get some mean ass calf/shin pumps though. maybe look into something like Stanodrol or Furuza

If you are 26 why are you trying to drop your 40 time???

Squats, a ton of stretching, plyometrics and speed training

I'm guessing that if you're running a 4.6, you probably know what you're doing with training. Still, adding in additional leg training certainly can't hurt. More strength= more fast twitch muscle fibers= more speed.

Furuza/ P-stanz- both pharmacologically related to Winny.
Halodrol- with the right diet, you could build the extra strength without gaining a lot of mass and be able to haul a little faster.
Epi- same as halo- diet will determine gains, but you'll get strength which will kick up your speed
Stanodrol- not really a mass builder, but will improve aggression and recovery so you can kill it in the gym.
D-plex- precursor to methyl-DHT- will give you serious aggression and may actually lean you out even more.

If I were in your shoes, I would stack either P-Stanz or Furuza with Stano or D-plex for 6+ weeks. You shouldn't gain much mass with that, but it would improve strength and make you train harder.

Read a nice article on Ben Johnson, shattered the 100m record in '88. He took Furazabol.

It would be a bit pricey, but here goes:

Furuza would be run around 250-300 mg
Stano would be probably about 450 mg

I'd run it for more than 6 weeks... Take it out to 7 or 8 depending on how I felt. Def. run appropriate supports and if you get sides later on don't be afraid to cut it short, there's always another cycle.

Furuza 300/300/300/300/300/300/300/*300
Stano 450/450/450/450/450/450/*450/*450

That's how I would run it. Shouldn't gain much, if any mass from it, but you'd get aggression, recovery, and strength.

Started by preloading Anavar 40mg/ed split into two doses.
Week 1-4 Anavar 40 mg/ed [Kick start]
Week 4-14 Test Cyp 400mg per week [Watson 200mg/ml prescribed by MD]
Week 4-9 Provirion 25mg/ed
Week 9-14 T-bol 25mg/ed stacked w/ Winstrol 25mg/ed
Week 14-18 PCT: Clomid 50/50/50/25

Please keep in mind that this is for getting faster in the 40 yard & 100 yard.

I'm not as familiar with AAS as I am with PH's, but why would you kickstart with Var? I would think T-bol might be better suited there, with var stacked in with the winny at the end. Like I said, I am by no means an expert, but based on the small amount of knowledge I have that is what makes sense in my mind. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.

If you only want power and speed, why not only do Var+test? The other stuff will most likely put weight on you.
