The advice isnt harsh -its just that as soon as someone gets to a plateau in their training, they see ph/ds as the easy option -just knock a few pills down and watch me grow!!
It just isnt like that -if youre not getting anywhere -go back to the drawing board , take a look at your diet, your training, your rest periods and your current supplements.
There are some good supplements out at the moment that are natural but supplements are just that.
