Just doing some planning for a possible future cycle. At the moment I can't really run anything until I figure out some issues I'm currently enduring.
However, a little background...
25yo this month.
6' 230lbs currently @ 13.25% bf (Done 3x today via skinfold FWIW)
Years of lift experience, previous cycle experience including MDrol, Epi, HDrol, PheraPlex, etc...
Have pulsed, have bridged, have ran straight forward cycles at various lengths.
Just wanting to know opinions on Epi cycle duration and dosing...
A; 30/30/40/40
B; 30/30/40/40/40
C; 30/30/40/40/50
Goal would likely be simple recomp. Assume all support supps and PCT are ideal.
On a side note...also have half a bottle of MDrol left. Would an Mdrol/Epi bridge be a fair recomp? Or should I save the Mdrol for a legit bulk?
