This is info on my proposed Chaparral Labs Pheravol-V cycle which I will be starting on Sun.

Got this up on a few boards, so apologies If you've already seen it.
My aims are mass (moderate to heavy bulk).
Previously done one Epi cycle in May. Gained a lot of strength, but v.little in mass which I was disappointed with. Was eating for mass gain however and ended up putting on a lot of fat & spent the next few months cutting.
Age: 24, Height: 5’10”, Weight: 170lbs, Lifting on and off for a few years
Phera Dosage: Some have said to run it @ 30mg throughout, but then I'd have to source another bottle. Also at only 170, so I'm going with;
depending on how teh gainz are with 20mg
ATD: 0/25/50/50/25 - Although not 100% sure if I'll use the ATD
Fenugreek: 1tsp of ground seeds throughout
OnCycle Support Supps:
Milk Thistle, Hawthorn, Policsolonal, Taurine (Probably dose 3g pre and 3g postWO, will prob this as soon as cycle begins as I get mad back pumps from Deads and squats.
3250cal ED to start with: 300g Protien, 400g Carbs, 70g Fat, little less on nonWO days
Will bump it up in succesive weeks dependant on gains.
Variation of Layne Norton's Power/Hypertrophy Routine 5 days a week, 3 Hypertrophy and 2 Power days.
How does it look?

I would greatly appreciate any advice/opinions/critique/criticism on anything that I am doing regarding cycle, training, diet, supps.
