Methyl 1-Test Dosing

I would like to take 20 mgs per day, I started at 10 mgs. My pills are 5 mg each, would you take 10mg am and 10mg pm or all one dose.

Good question...I was wondering the same thing. I am currently splitting my doses @ 10mg first thing in the morning and 10mg 45 min. before workout in the evening (approx. 12 hrs. between doses) My question would be on how long methylated androgens stay active?

It reduces toxicity to split up the dose. 10mg every 12 hours or 5mg every 6 hr would be even better. It also improves effectiveness the more you spread it out.
