Planning on running D-Plex cycle shortly after the new year. I've looked at a few logs of "The OnE" but still a bit sketchy on a few things. I'm 168lbs at 14% bodyfat, looking to get to 180 - 185lbs by the end of this cycle and then start cutting.
I was planning to go 6 weeks, stacking with L-LMG, unless you guys suggest otherwise.
