Hello there!
I've stoped with gym since July and started to focus my training in swimming. For this last two months I've attined a plateau in terms of performance so I wonder what nutrient repartioning/endurance giving substance can I use to improve my marks on this sport? Note that I don't have any access to AAS (because boldenone was the first thing to come to my mind), only to PH's, so what do you sugest?
