Im popping my cherry on some PHs. I decided like with everything to take it in baby steps to see how my body responds and not rush into anything.
28, 6'1, 225, ive been lifting seriously since about 2005 and have a good base.
After some research i decided to use Dr.D's pulsing post with my own spin.
Day1: PH before WO, PH directly after workout
Day2: OFF / Liver Support
Day3: OFF / Liver Support
Day4: Repeat Day 1
Cycle for several weeks then take PCT if needed.
Purpose: Build mass / strength and to see how many body responds and make adjustments as I go.
Any input neg or pos would be great thx.
