Baby steps...........

    Baby steps...........


    Im popping my cherry on some PHs. I decided like with everything to take it in baby steps to see how my body responds and not rush into anything.

    My stats:

    28, 6'1, 225, ive been lifting seriously since about 2005 and have a good base.

    After some research i decided to use Dr.D's pulsing post with my own spin.

    Day1: PH before WO, PH directly after workout
    Day2: OFF / Liver Support
    Day3: OFF / Liver Support
    Day4: Repeat Day 1

    Cycle for several weeks then take PCT if needed.

    Purpose: Build mass / strength and to see how many body responds and make adjustments as I go.



    Any input neg or pos would be great thx.

    what compound are you running and what doses?

    I don't really know a whole lot about pulsing but I'm kind of considering it cause of how its supposedly easier to hold onto your strength and weight increases post cycle. so anyway i'll be interested in this too. good luck man.

    Honestly I see no point in doing this. Just run a damn cycle man. I couldn't imagine you're gonna gain anything from dosing like this.

    The only hormons that I would ever even consider pulsing is SD and M1T. So IF you have your heart set on a pulse go with the second one. And I would consider doing every other day or every three days.


    But I agree with SC that you just should run the cycle the way it was intended.

    I do intend to run the cycle the way it is intended (3 a day spaced out) until i get results im looking for or 4 weeks whichever comes first. I just want to see how my body responds to it before i jump straight in.

    When i do run the full cycle the way it was intended, when is the best time to take liver support and do you think what I am taking for support is enough? (Milk Thistle, NAC, and liver cleanse)

    This cycle would work with a relatively high dose of epi/havoc, or SD.

    It's not a good idea to pulse M1T. It shuts you down too quickly.

    Helladrol or Epi-Strong, and I would say run a straight cycle. Id rather run overboard on PCT. If u r too cheap to do things right dont get into steroids.

    Money is not an issue right now. I have this Raw I spoke of above right now, so I think ill try a straight cycle of this and then get some Epi-extreme.
