how often to dose cyclo 1-t?

iv'e been looking into the psycho cyclo 1-t from 1fast400 and it says to only use 1-2 times a week at 2-4 squirts before workout. this doesn't sound like much. i was thinking of stacking this with cyclo 1-t and trans. 4-ad. what do you guys think?
