Here are my ph cycles i goning to do.

1) This will be my frist ph cycle ever
40days on 40 days pct=40/30/20/20/10 nolva
300mg 1-test
150mg 4-ad Thats 6ml a day 3 pumps of t-gel
Going with t-gel 2 bottles= 6g 1-Test 3g 4-AD per bottl

2)30days On 30days Pct=40/40/20/10 nolva
400mg 1-test
200mg 4-ad That 8ml a day 4 pumps of t-gel
Going with the t-gel 2 bottles= 6g 1-Test 3g 4AD per bottle

3)40days on 40 days Pct=40/40/20/20/10 nolva
450mg 1-Test
300mg 4-AD
150mg 4-OHT THAts 6ml a day or 3 pumps of t-gel
Useing t-gel 4 bottles 2 of them will have 9g 1-Test 2 with 6g 4-AD 3g 4-OHT

4)3weeks on 4weeks pct=40/40/20/20 nolva mybe if i got extra$$$ (meta Cort 3-4 times a day)TO.
10mg M1t
300mg 4-AD
150mg 4-OHT Thats 6ml a day or 3pumps for ph's in the t-gel
2bottles t-gel 6g 4-AD 3g 4-OHT per bottle,UG m1t tabs twice a day
WIll be useing PRO liver and R-ALA for both on and off the m1t cycle.(what are good doses for these 2 )???

ANY Thing else GUYS, AND WHAT do U THINKof these cycles.

Where did you get the 4oht? Do you think it's worth getting?

Looks good, after thatyou could run 10mg m4ohn for 6 weeks with some m14add for 4 weeks.

I say up the 4-ad, to say: 600mg
My first cycle was 400mg 1-ad, 600mg 4-ad (MASSIVE GAINS 20lbs+)

1fast400 is the place i got 4-oht, yeah the anti e in the 4-oht sounds good and the few review i read people liked it.lgp got a good 1-test/4-ad/4-0ht ph transdeml i heard!!!!
