Kinda new to this place so I thought I'd share my Methyl-D experience..
I'm 35, 5'6", 185, and been working out about 17 yrs..This is only my seecond cycle. I did a 1-T/4AD transdermal abt 4 mos ago and had great results.
Have been on Methyl-D for about 25 days now, 8mg a day. I'm not trying to bulk, want to increase definition/vascularity/muscle hardness, so just on maintenance calories right now.
Have noticed slightly increased muscle hardness and vascularity. But nothing that noticeable. Pumps are improved and sometimes even a bit too painful.
Weight is exactly the same and no increase in strength.
No sides at all.
I'm gonna run another week or so, but am very unimpressed at this point. I was up 8 pounds, on 2000 calories a day, and noticeably stronger by this time on the 1-T/4AD cycle.
I have some 6-OXO to use post cycle. Due to non-existent sides, and what appears to be a very mild cycle, anyone think nolva is necessary?
