Nolva for the save?

Hey everyone, I need some clarification please.

After my run with furuza, I gained a little puffiness in my nipples. Right when I finished pct for that, I jumped into the lg trifecta stack, dumb I know, and I believe my hormones didn't stablize yet. So I developed a small pebble underneath my right nipple.

So my question is, can a run of nolva get rid or reduce the pebble and the puffiness?
