Right now I'm working on a schedule to run this through the summer. I wanted to post my plans and see what advice anyone might have. Here's everything from dosage, diet, stats, and training:
Currently - 22yo 156.4lb 20.4%
Planned dosage
#1- 2egg/6egg whites, 1c oatmeal, 1000mg Sesamin
#2- 4scoops Solution 5 (meal replacement protein=366/12/16/42), 1,200mg fish oil
#3- 6oz chicken, 1med sweet potato
#4- 6oz chicken, 1c brown rice, 1,000mg Sesamin
(Lift - 3day split)
#5- 2scoops Scivation Whey, 8oz skim milk, 1,200mg fish oil
#6- 6oz 93% lean beef, 1/2c veggies, 1,000mg Sesamin
Also a multivitamin 3x daily (1,4,6)
Should I be investing in liver support? If so, what's recommended?
Training is a 3 day split M,W,F alternating A/B days over two weeks.
A = chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, back thickness
B = inner biceps, outer biceps, calves, hamstrings, quads
