Help with Havoc

    Help with Havoc


    Right now I'm working on a schedule to run this through the summer. I wanted to post my plans and see what advice anyone might have. Here's everything from dosage, diet, stats, and training:
    Currently - 22yo 156.4lb 20.4%
    Planned dosage
    • Week 1-2 = 20mg (10mg awakening, 10mg post-w/o)
    • Week 3-6 = 30mg (10mg awakening, 6hrs later, and post-w/o)


    I also plan to bridge this into Controlled Lab's Blue Up stacked with SNS Inhibit-E for a total of 30 days PCT. My roommate did this exact regimen and had awesome gains.

    #1- 2egg/6egg whites, 1c oatmeal, 1000mg Sesamin
    #2- 4scoops Solution 5 (meal replacement protein=366/12/16/42), 1,200mg fish oil
    #3- 6oz chicken, 1med sweet potato
    #4- 6oz chicken, 1c brown rice, 1,000mg Sesamin
    (Lift - 3day split)
    #5- 2scoops Scivation Whey, 8oz skim milk, 1,200mg fish oil
    #6- 6oz 93% lean beef, 1/2c veggies, 1,000mg Sesamin
    Also a multivitamin 3x daily (1,4,6)

    Should I be investing in liver support? If so, what's recommended?

    Training is a 3 day split M,W,F alternating A/B days over two weeks.
    A = chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, back thickness
    B = inner biceps, outer biceps, calves, hamstrings, quads

    Anyone with experience in this product have any advice? Tentative start date - 6/21/10

    i'm confused, are you super skinny like in the avatar, or fat as in 20% bodyfat? But either way, shouldn't you train a little more naturally?

    And I'll agree with you on my capabilities in more natural methods. A lot of this is tentative for now. Just looking for a little insight before tryin this one out.

    how did you gain 9 lbs but your bodyfat went up 14% ? that doesnt compute

    I hurt my physique real bad last competition. Diet was all wrong and I ended up loosing a LOT of mass. I'm still trying to recomposite. I also think the scale I'm using isn't right - I'm gonna do a delta check with another more reliable machine and the gold-ol-fashioned caliper on Sunday.

    if you know what 6% looks like you should know what 20% looks like. For us bodybuilders, 20% is total fatass status.
