I started taking dbol a little under 2 weeks ago. Since last monday I've gained about 6lbs. I usually take 20mg about an hour before workout and 10mg after, but idk if that's what works best. I don't feel it do anything during my workout if i take 20mg pre-workout (but then again idk if you're supposed to be able to tell it in your performance), but apparently it's working alright if i'm gaining like that and not getting much fat either.
So what works best for you guys. Just curious....
