Hey guys,
I have been trying to cut for summer for about 3 weeks(with the help of a very mild ECA stack) and I am down 3 and a half lbs. I'm always worrying about loosing muscle so I'm only on a 400 calorie deficit. Wanted to speed up the process so decided to do 3 weeks with clen. Would it be wise for for me to take a week or two off to allow the receptors to upregulate before I start clen or should I just jump right into it. I have already been off the ECA for a couple of days but I wanted to started clen asap.
