looks good. i'd run some all in one like Cycle support for blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. or run some hawthorne berry extract liquid, omega 3,6,9 during cycle. I just started my TB cycle 4/30. and i'm running the exact same as you except Cycle support. for pct, i running Activate Extreme, and maybe a cortisol control starting week 2 or 3. I'm going to start Dermacrine beginning week 3 though. I may get cycle support and orange triad depending on how the body feels. so far so good.

i just hate how serms have so many sides on them, and how they are so toxic to your body.... really sucks that something to brign you back has more or the same sides as the cycle itself

The toxicity of SERMs is vastly over-stated. Plenty of patients, mostly females with breast cancer, take 2-3 times the dosage during PCT for over a year in most cases.

As for the tbol - 60mg is a low dose. You can take up to 120mg with relatively low sides. I recommend starting at 60mg and ramping up to 120mg. You're a relatively big guy so the 120mg should be fine.

O and every cycle I've ever done I've said exactly "This is my last cycle. Maybe one more after this and then I'm definitely done." So, I'll bet you money you'll keep cycling - especially since youre 6'1" and only 194lbs. You can easily pack 75 more lbs. onto that frame.

    Cool screen name.

I hear you about the clothing. I've always said they need a clothing line just for bb-ers. Not just gym wear either - like nice button downs and stuff like that but for the drastically mesomorphic body type.

    I wish I was 6'1". I wish I was 5'11", thatd be fine.

How'd you know I'm a doctor (soon to be)? Just curious. I'm actually about 18 months away from a PhD in biophysics and chemical engineering.

EDIT: I realized I said "plenty of patients". I do have some involvement in medical studies (not related to SERMs though) but I just meant patients in general. Not MY patients, just people under the care of a physician.

Thats very true. Experience is not always directly related to knowledge. Thats wise of you to be cautious.

Halo will still shut you down like any other steroid/pro hormone, to a lesser extent than say sueprdrol, but it will still shut you down. I don't know exactly what you're talking about when you say the "toxicity" of SERMS, they're VERY mild and safe to be on at normal doses (like 10-20mg of nolva for example) for years at a time. I feel that people who use SERMS generally never end up with problems post cycle, it seems like a waste to spend all the money on your cycle and not on the thing that will be most effective in helping you keep your gains and avoid side effects. If you're asking the question "is my PCT enough" then it probably isn't.

^^This isnt bad posting and I should qualify my previous posts. PP ensures their products do not require any "research chems" (i.e. SERMs or AIs) to reboot the test. However, a SERM is never a bad idea. The use of a SERM will not only improve the recovery of test levels but will, by extension, improve retention of gains, libido, etc.

Im not saying you couldnt keep gains without SERM but having a SERM over not is always better, right? Ive heard good things about torem but never used it. My personal pref for PCT is clomid but I dont see anything wrong with Torem.

Personally I use a SERM everytime. They are cheap, easy to get and do far, far less harm then good.

He's probably talking about the toxicity in SERMs mentioned in PP's write up for their PCT.

You don't go to those places, you go to the places that are..... umm..... cheaper. Also, 20 to 30 dollars is a minuscule amount compared to what some PHs, supplements and AAS cost.

Check out this website google.com - once you figure out how to use what they call a "search engine" you can get a SERM.

I believe what I said is they do far less harm than good. Meaning they are worth whatever harm they do. Other than relatively mild liver toxicity (meaning relative to oral PHs and oral AAS) there are few long term side effects to be concerned about.

I think you mean either "help a woman" or "help women", first off. Secondly "there" means a location or place. "Their" is possessive, as in "Their car is parked over there." As for the context of the statement, the label usage is to selectively modulate the binding affinity of estrogen for the estrogen receptor. Off-label usage includes the use in males for testosterone recovery. Also, FYI, men can get breast cancer too.

lol. Rock that OTC PCT, cody. The veterans on this site will tell you, however, that the lack of a SERM is quite detrimental depending on what you are running.

On a totally unrelated note, anything that is a question should end in a question mark (?) not a period.

Keep reading champ - research is your friend. I'm busting your nuts a bit cause you're a newbie but in all seriousness feel free to ask me any questions you have. I'm here to help.
