Tren & Halo Plan

Well I am starting Tren & Halo in a 2wks. I am doing pre cycle liver detox and loading up on joint support. I wanted to show what I plan to do, seeing if you guys would make any changes.

Here it is

Tren wk 1 2 3 4
Halo wk 1 2 3 4 5
Clomid week 5.5 6 7 8 9 ---------------- (25/50/50/50/50)
Inhibit E week 9 10 11 ----------------(2/1/1)
Ana Inn PCT week 10 11 12

Im also going to be taking Life support, fish/flax, Cissus joint support, multi, anti-gyno stuff, etc. Let me know what you guys think. :tongue2:

What are you running the TREN at? I suggest 70-90 mg. No higher. The Clomid and Inhibit E might be a bit aggressive for AI. Are you sensitive to estro conversion? Make sure you have a good amount of calories lined up. Think about what you will be eating each day and think ahead to ensure you dont lose muscle due to lack of caloric intake.
What are you doing pre and post workout? How many days are you going to be training a week?

I am running this PRE CONTEST

Tren 90/120/120/120/120/120/90/90
Halo 0/25/50/50/50/25 Starts week 2 thru week 6
Epi 38/38/38/38/38/38 Start week 3 thru week 8

I have liver cleanse for pre and during. I have hawthorne, taurine, for BP.
I have Novadex XT, Inhibit E, and Natty Booster for after. Probably Hyper test.
I have Schiff Move Free Advanced for Joints.
i use Glutamine, Multi, EFA, Fenugreek, calcium, BCAA, Expand Extreme. AND Whey Isolate. Isopure rightnow.

Its what I have lined up for pre-contest this year. How does it look? I may switch the Halo with SD depending on how fast I lose bodyfat.

For liver I am going milk thistle, cranberry concentrate, also life support has 500mg milk thistle in each serving. From my joints im using Cissus. On top of Life Support (AI's) i'll be on fish, flax, and a omega 3-6-9 complex. For anti-gyno P5P, vitex, B6. Taurine for back pumps.

I will also be on a NOW natural test booster and Tribulus (1000mg 1.5x a day) so my unit will still work. I have research for a solid two weeks. I found tons of threads from 07,08 and a few 09's when I searched the tren compound. That is how and what i am planning this cycle on. X Tren (CEL) and Tren from american cellur labs and Cyclo Tren from Infiinte labs are all the same thing.

I am 195 now, i want to lose a little fat and gain a few pounds of very lean muscle. I will be getting 325g's protein daliy, no pre workout products, for Post WO 32oz gatorade and 50g's whey isolate. I am thinking 4000 cals a day.

I will be working out 5 days a wk. 1 hr 30min. 1 hr of weights, half hr abs and cardio. I know that being on Tren i want to limit cardio but I will do 10-20min of very low intensity after weights to take care of any unwanted fat.

I always eat protein and carbs together. I also make sure to get something in me every 2-2.5hrs so i never dont have any protein feeding my muscles.

On past cycles of inj's i really did sh!tty PCT so i want to be 100% covered on this one. I think i will be gyno sensitive, especially running the Tren.

I would do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It will kickstart your apetite, and metabolism. This will help with fat burning as well.

How long of duration? How high of intensity? I really want to cut fat in the 1st 2 wks and gain lean muscle. I dont want to gain 12-15lbs.

20 minutes, low intensity First thing in the AM on an empty stomach. You could up it to 30 minutes, but I didnt gain much fat on tren, and Halo has fat reducing properties.

do you think it would be too much to do 20min after workouts too??

Well, i got another bottle of Halo. Going to run it as follows: 50/75/75/100/100

I am already some much support going I really want to get the most out of the cycle. Is this too much??

The studies show it to be more effective when its seperate from your weight training.
In addition, it would most likely be a waste to dose Halo that high. I would stick to 50. How old are you?

26, well in a month, ill max it out at 75mg a day than. should i maybe run it 6wks?

Well I am a week or so out. Only waiting on the clomid to start, thinking May 2nd. I have about 20 bottles of different pills.....filled up a small cabinet. Heres what I am taking:

Overall health/cycle support-
1.Pro source mens multi vit- 2 daliy am & pm
2.fish oil- 3 3x a day
3.Flax oil- 3 3x day
4.AI cycle support- 2 2x am & pm (hawthorne berry, milk thistle, red yeast, saw palmetto, nettle root, celery seed ext, NAC, etc)

Anti Gyno-
5.Vit B complex- 1x daily
6.Vitex- 1 2x daily am & pm
7.P5P- 1 2x daliy am & pm

Back pumps, metabolism
8.Taurine- 1 2x daily for 50 days
9.Green Tea- 2 2x daily am- afternoon
10.Caffine-200 mg, am & pre WO

Liver support
11.Milk thistle 300mg 3x daily am & afternoon & pm
12.Cranberry Concentrate 1 3x daily ( have been on both since the 10th)

Who cares if my nuts shrink? They have before. They came back too. I have never had a problem with estrogen after a cycle. I have letro, or P5P on stand by if needed. I have an advisor I go to for any other issues on cycle. The point is for my physique to look good on stage, not my nuts. lol....and I am married happily anyway. I am military stationed away from home. I could give a crap about my libido.
