I'm 2 1/2 weeks into a recomp cycle with h-drol. I'm 5'11, 200 pounds and 10% bf (Guess?). Already seeing a drop in bodyfat while the scale is staying the same which is what im looking for. No real noticeable strength gains so far. I just calculated my daily cals and macro's. Protein comes from mainly whey, meat, fish. Carbs come from brown rice, potatoes, oats, dextrose (post workout). Fats come from Peanut butter, extra virgin coconut oil, and extra virgin olive oil.
Taking in around
3200-3500 calories (around maintenance)
70-100g fat. 15ish%
200-250g carbs. 35ish%
320-350g protein. 50ish%
Each meal is around 500-600 calories and pretty consistent in with the same macros meal to meal.
I'm Running 75/75/100/100/100/100.
I'm looking to drop 3% plus body fat and either staying the same weight or moving up on the scale. SHOULD I KEEP MY CALS AT MAINTENANCE, LOWER, OR A TAD BIT HIGHER??? I'm just trying to get the best out of the cycle as I can. ALSO, HOW TO MY MACRONUTRIENT RATIO'S LOOK?
