this is my 2nd tren cycle but this one has a bit more to it.


150mg of tren everyday
4 pumps of T-4 everyday
dbol- not sure of mg but its oral
1cc of B-12

dose that sound ok?

My opinion is that 150mg ED of Tren is way too much. I see no need to go more than 75mg per day. I know a lot of very big guys that only do 75mg EOD. Also, I am wondering why you are using 4-AD. If you are already pinning why not use an injectable test.


I think using dbol when using tren is also a waste. Tren kicks in so quickly that I don't see the need for dbol, but again that is my opinion. If you are going to use the dbol, you need to find out what the mg per tab is.
