hi all
once again my liver has p^%$Ed me off and needs punished

am thinking the punishment should be a long mdrol and epi split cycle
the only cycles iv done are
1x 4week 10mg/day dbol 8 years ago,
2x 50-100mg/day 7 week hdrol 2 years ago
and a 5week 30-40mg tbol cycle last oct

age-31
weight- 250+pound
training- 10years 3-4 days week gym, boxing 3 hours week
bf- high 24+
diet- if its there its going down the hatch at min, will be cleaner on cycle though

mdrol
0 / 0/ 0/ 0/10/10/20/20

although iv never heard of anyone running low drol for 7 weeks so unsure

Mdrol first then epi to solidify the rapid mdrol gains, I think you will keep more mass like this, I would run the epi higher to at least 40

you defn need to drop down your body fat first bro. Running m-drol at 10/10/10/10/10/10/10 is just plain retarded.

at 24% your muscular gains will be burried under fat..i would have at least chosen a cut...ive been on epi fr 7 days and al ready up 6 lbs..i would def consider something else if at 24%..im hating life at around 15% taking it because i feel so large already

ok but am not trying to look like a film star, model iv got clen some were but i prefer to be + size or i would of changed diet and at worsted used clen
superdrol sides worse than dbol ? 10mg day of SD cant really be that bad any links for info on issues low dose ?

Long low dose Mdrol will **** your lipids. Better to go high and run for 4 weeks and then get that toxic crap out of your system.

Why not pulse instead if you want to run it long term. 2x a week @ 40.
