Well in a few weeks I'm going to be running a cycle of Finaflex 550-XD. I've done tons of research on cycles and now I think I am ready. I've been lifting for a year or so now, lovin' every minute. My diet is in check, totally clean with many proteins, healthy fats, and low-glycemic carbs. My routines is in check and workout 6 days a week, sometimes 4 - 5 depending if I feel 90-100% or not. Below I'll list everything i'll be taking, any pointers, opinions will be greatly appreciated. Also I'm very lean, I always keep everything in-check and have a pretty good understanding of my body, I think I can handle this and am excited to start. I'll also add that i'm very lean, probably 8% bf. After losing quite a bit of weight when I was 18 I tend to not put on fat very easily anymore, it may be because I ate like **** then.
Cycle:
Finaflex 550 1 cap a day (bottle says 2 but many people say 1???)
Fish Oil 2-3g (These are daily)
Hawthorne Berry 2.5g
Milk Thistle 2-3g
ON Multi Vitamin
Pre-workout:
