Lower right side of stomach slight burning feeling anavar?

If I'm looking down at myself it's on my right side and doesn't go to my side of my body or back at all. Mild burning feeling not pain just it's slightly there..

What could it be?

Taking anavar ugl 60mg 3x 20mg caps a day

-1200mg milk thistle 80% syl Ed
-1200 nac ed with molybdenum and selenium
-coq10 30mg Ed
-flax seed oil 1300 4x daily 3 of them taken with the var
-l-carnitine 2000mg Ed
-st johns wort 3xdaily

protein,glutamine,creatine mono,waxymaize,zma,oxy elite pro

stats-22 years old, 3 years lifting, 220lbs 12%bf 6'3" 3rd var only cycle, done p-plex, and a 2 week mdrol cycle in the past as well same if not more support everytime an plenty of time off between always with nolv pct
