    Hi this is my first time posting here....I have took a 4 year break from lifting and just have got back into it
    I kept up good nutrition, good form on all exercises, I got some descent gains...then I done a 6 week cycle of superdrol at 40mg ever day "livers are for quiters" ......this added over a hundred pounds to my bench ...unfortunaly my last chest exercise wich was yesterday, I got streached and warmed up good, begin doing my bench press starting light going up 20lbs each set...on the way up when I done 265 for 4 my chest felt kinda tight, I ingored went up to 285 brout it down perfect form touch my chest and my right pec poped and hurt real bad...my spoter got it I quite immediatley....now it feels a little weired not in a lot of pain just feels funny if I apply pressure to that muscle for example like button my pants it tingles in my pec kinda were my arm pit is.....there is no bruising...just slight pain kinda of a burning feeling? Any advice, do u think I have messed it up bad....I know now I shouldn't have made those huge gains but I really thought at the time good form was the key to being injury free


  2. i seen the same deal with my buddy he rip the tendions on his chest and rotator cuff **** was black and blue are u overtraining? i say rest use ice for sweeling then heat later baby that stufff bro u dont want a major injury

    exactly, same thing happened to me with my shoulder. i tore it and didnt think anything was really wrong. popped percs before doing shoulders (bad move i know) and just kept hurting it more and eventually had surgery.

    Shoulder injuries are no fun. I dislocated my shoulder playing football with my friends thought it was nothing considering it went back in fine and relatively pain free. I went to the doctor and had it x-rayed and nothing came of it so I continued everything as normal. I noticed the next day that moving my arm in elevated positions would cause my shoulder to sublux(partially dislocate). After an M.R.I. they found that the weeks of subluxation had torn all 360 degrees of my labrum, part of the distal fibers in my rotator cuff, and some of my bicep tendon. Needless to say, I switched doctors to get the operation done and now months later I'm recovered and stronger than ever.

  12. if there is no bruising then it is most likely minor... but stay off it of for atleast 2 weeks... i did the same when i was flat benching and got hurt then just changed to incline smith machine press and it helped out alot... flat bench is a very risky chest exercise especially when ur moving 300 or more pounds...

  14. get a MRI dude. just cause there isnt any bruising doesnt mean it isnt totally jacked up. And thats what you get for abusing it...

  15. This is what happens when people get greedy.

    Your body naturally will never let you put on 100 lbs to your bench in weeks. Why, because the tendons need time to adjust to the weight. You probably ripped something and it'll most likely than not require a few months of no chest exercises and maybe even no lifting.

    You know whats gonna happen? All of your gains on this cycle plus the gains for the last half year will go poof.

    Next time cycle with moderation.

    thats excatly why even though i get stronger on cycle...... I DONT INCREASE MY WEIGHT MORE THAN 10LBS A MONTH!!!!

  17. and the sd on 40mg 6 weeks. i dont mind that. id do the same. ppl overstate the sides. i just finished a cycle of 8wks dbol and test in the winter... got my bloood results im one of the healthiest ppl in this country. cholesterol was amazingly good. liver kidney everything was tip top shape. if ur smart about ru cycle sides r very low. and personaly i ran sd at 40mg as well 5 wks last time i used it no biggie
