Thoughts on workout while on PH...

Whats up everyone...?

Wanted to get you guys input on workout schedules while running my ph in March.....

Wanted to know weather I should hit the gym 5 days or week or do a split while on my ph cycle.....

Ive been alternating my programs by working out 5 days a week, one body part a day rest sat, sun for about a month.....Then the following month, 3 days a week 2 body parts a day.....This seems to give me the confusion I need to keep the soreness I desire.....

Just wanted to know since my body will be in such an anabolic state would it be in my best interest to hit the gym everyday vs 3 days a week....

1st cycle since they banned andro around 2002..

If ya wana recomend a routine to follow that would be cool too..
 
on or off cycle, i wouldnt hit weights more than 5 days per week, but body still needs to rest and recover. now if u want to work in cardio on "off" days then hitting the gym 7 days a week is fine. thats just my opinion
 
I would say, it depends on your recovery and how you split your workout. I workout 6 days a week, sunday is my off day. If you did a slip like this you should be able to go 6 a week.
Monday- chest
tuesday- biceps
wednesday- back
thursday- triceps
friday- legs
saturday- shoulders
dont for get to mix in calves, forearms, and abs in there where ever u want. and get enough sleep.
 
do not workout bis by themself.. especially the day before back

Ya dont be ratarded. U dont want to mess ur bis up. Maybe add bis with back and tris with chest. Then later in the week have a bis/tris day in case u feel like u didnt hit them all that well from doing so many compound lifts.
 
I would workout out 6 days a week while on.
Monday - quads + abs
Tuesday - Chest + tris
Wednesday - Back + Bis
Thursday - Hamstrings + Calves + Shrugs
Friday - Shoulders + abs
Saturday - your lacking body part

Just a suggestion, but since you know your body best, adjust your split accordingly.
