painful bump under left nipple

Just so everyone knows I am using my girlfriends user ID to post this.....I am two weeks into a cycle of sports one, halobolan, and old school methly masterdrol exp in 2007. I have a painful bump under my left nipple so I took 10mg liquid tamox and in two hours pain and bump are gone. Should I keep taking 10mg or should I stop and start if bump comes back until PCT?
