Plan for SD-1 pulse cycle. Dose help and PCT advice needed please

Hi guys, In a couple of months I plan to do a pulse cycle of SD-1s which are 10mg superdrol and 30mg tren per capsule. How should I dose this and will nolva suffice as post cycle treatment? Any advice is always appreciated.Cheers
