Any suggestions/comments welcome. First DS cycle. 6'2, 210 around 10% BF
5 weeks going up to 40mg/day
Week 1-2: pre-load Cycle Support
Week 2: 10mg Epi day 1, 20mg rest of week and Cycle Support
Weeks 3,4: 30mg Epi, Cycle Support
Weeks 5,6: 40mg Epi, Cycle Support
Week 7,8: Tamox Cit 20mg, Cycle Support, SAN myotest, Lean Xtreme
Weeks 9,10: Tamox Cit 10mg, Cycle Support, SAN myotest, Lean xtreme
Daily:
NOW ADAM multi
3-4g fish oil with every meal
Protein will be at least 400g a day
Looking to get to around 215 and drop some BF, Gain strength.
