After reading about the benefits of drinking/eating grapefruit while using methyls, I decided to pick some up. I am using M-1-T at 15 mg ed. I drank about 20 oz (post-workout) and I can definetly tell a difference in how I feel and look. The sides (which were starting to go away), seemed to be a bit more intense, but nothing bad. A big Bump for grapefruit juice!!
