I am considering a 6 week cycle of 5aa-cyp and m1t. Main focus will be strength while gaining some leanmass.

weeks 1-6 [email protected] on Mon/Thur
weeks 4-6 [email protected] ED
weeks 7-11 [email protected] 40/30/20/10

Diet will go as follows:

3000 Cals 40/40/20 Mainly complex carbs (oatmeal, veggies,) and lean protien chicken, tuna and ground beef. Tons of olive oil. 40g Whey Isolate, 10g glutamine and 40g dextrose post lifting shake.
