Hi everyone.. im 19 been lifting for a while im about 185 pounds and around 10-12 bf. All my friends at college have been raving about 1-ad and i have decided to give it a try. As of now my plan is to use it for 4-5 weeks.. at 300 mg a day..To all you experts out there.. how does this look to you.. also i have done some reading and there seems to be some conflicting info... some people say post cycle u need to take 6-oxo some people say you dont... what do you recommend... and if i do need to take some 6-oxo what dosage and how long post cycle... as of now the only other supplements ive ever taken are protein powder and creatine.... i havent touched creatine in about 6 weeks or so.. would it be good to start up another creatine cycle when i start my 1-ad? Any advice is greatly appreciated.. thanks a lot guys...
