4 AD Dosing Help

I just recently received my shipment of M1T and 4AD. I have a question.

I pushed one squirt into a syringe to check the amount and it only came out to .5 ml. One squirt is supposed to be 2 ml. Do I just have a defective pump on the bottle that I received?? I do not want to overdose the product, I pulled 2 ml out in the syringe and this is a fairly large amount compared to one squirt, 4X as much. I want to take 500 mgs per day split into 2 applications.

What should I do trust the pump or just pull out with the syringe?? Any help is appreciated.

Try priming the pump and measuring again. This is from Chemo:
to prime the pump head you need to do the following: push the pump head up and down a few times BUT DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY DOWN. In my experience, it only takes about 1/16-1/8" travel downward and maybe 4 or 5 times. You'll know it is primed when that small of a movement downward results in a tiny bit of lotion coming from the pump head.
