low epi run

anyone ever had good results on a low epi/havoc cycle? something like 20/20/20/20/20? i had good results last year with 20/20/30/40...just wonder if there is less risk with a longer lower run.
i am 31 yrs old, 5'7" 170lb...working out for 10 years.

i just asked the same question last week. pretty much everyone says to dose higher. Im thinking pulsing at 30mg on lifting days only(3-4 days/ week) might be useful. maybe even a semi pulse. like 30-40 mg per day 3 days per week and 10-20 mg per day the other days. so youre not really pulsing, but your not really "on" either.

I do not think this would be a good way to run it either. Go with a everyday cycle 20/30/30/40 or pulse 3x4 times a week for 8 weeks at 30mg or 40mg
