Hey guys! I've been working out for a while with your basic supplements (creatine, whey, arginine, etc.) I wanted to get some advise on something good for me to try as a beginner that will really pack on the muscles. I'm about to start a muscle building HIT workout and I think this would be the perfect time to try something a little more hardcore. The last ph I took was AD-1 and wow, within a week I felt it. I was harder, fuller, and stronger. Obviously, AD-1 is now off the market, so what would you guys recommend. I actually just signed up to this forum to try to get this advice. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
