so one of my buddies, 6'2" 220lbs, is a strong ass mofo, and has run hormones before. He wants to run M-drol along with me in the winter but he really wants to lose alot of fat. He used to be 280 and is finding it very hard to get down to 200, so he is hoping that m-drol will help put on some muscle and cut fat. So my question is, what should his diet look like on-cycle? I know the importance of high carb, high protein on cycle for me, but i dont know much about the cutting diet.
