    clen and post cycle recovery


    hello,
    I was reading the other day that clen should be taken post cycle in low doses to prevent rapid loss of muscle mass and energy. I am starting Clomid,ZMA, flax oil, and possibly vitex to get me jump started after I finish up my cycle. SHOULD I TAKE CLEN WITH THAT?

    I was also looking to do clen with my pct. I was wondering what dose of clen and for how long would be good for pct. I will be doing a 3 week pct of nolva after 3 weeks of m1t.

    You could start out at 60mcg a day and work up from there to around 100 but go in small increments to access your tolerance. Only run it for two weeks at a time.

    ok thanks. I wasnt sure if you could do a regular clen cycle or if you could only use it in lower dosage. I will work my way up to 100 mcg for 2 weeks.

    Go 60 for a couple days, then 80 for a couple then 100 after a week, especially if this is your first time. If you are using lions stuff, one pump is 10mcgs.

    I got it from power nutririon. I read its 20 mcg per pump.

    Oh ok maybe it is different from the beginning. Follow the doses like I said, you don't ant to jump into 100mcg's if you have never done it.

    Just make sure to keep calories high PCT, clen or no clen. With the clen you could increase caloric intake with less chance of storing fat. Clen's certainly not anti-catabolic enough to prevent muscle loss during a post-cycle caloric deficit.

    (I know most members are well aware of this, I just wanted to make sure nobody would try to cut during PCT)

    As long as I maintain the sme amount of calories that Im taking during the cycle as my pct I should be fine talking clen, correct? Im eating a little bit above maintance right now during my cycle. I dont want to eat a lot over maintance because I will be going on vactaion right after pct and I dont want to gain any unnecessary fat. Thats why I want to take clen with pct so I can stay fit. Does this sound like a good idea or should I stay away from the clen?

    Yes, just stay where you are, and don't lower calories at all until about halfway through your PCT, and only to maint. cals then.

    Would this technique just serve to minimize muscle loss PC. Would it also help with fat loss PC? I was thinking about doing clen/T3 along with PCT after my next cycle.

    your body is in a highly catabolic state after a cycle. the last thing you want to do is take a drug like T3 that can contribute to this at all. use clen only!

    I see your point but I've heard of guys doing that before. Any other opinions?

    I agree, no t3 unless you are on. It's a huge risk (of your gains) to use it during PCT. I'd stay with clen only as well.
