I wouldn't listen to whatever VPX says, they're one of the snakes in the supplement industry, they even claim their M1T is not as stressful on the liver.

FYI, M1T shuts you down hard, can cause you to be lethargic, decrease libido, but it shouldn't give you gyno. That's not exactly side effect free IMO.

while the conversion to DHT and possible water retention can (and has been) argued, this doesn't change the fact that you seem to need to do some research on 1-test, methyl or not.
