Week 1: 50 Mgs H-Drol, 10 Mgs M-Drol Pre Workout
Week 2: 75 Mgs H-Drol, 10 Mgs M-Drol Pre Workout
Week 3: 75 Mgs H-Drol, 60 Mgs X-Tren
Week 4: 100 Mgs H-Drol, 90 Mgs X-Tren
Week 5: 100 Mgs H-Drol, 90 Mgs X-Tren
Week 6: 125 Mgs H-Drol, 120 Mgs X-Tren
Week 7-9: PCT Assist, Nat Test Booster, Nolvadex, Clenbuterol (18 Days)

Will Also Be Taking Cissus, Cycle Assist, Liv52, Glutamine, No-Xplode, Vanadyl Sulfate, and Chormium Picolinate During Cycle

6 - 7 Meals
4 - 5 Real Food, 2 - 3 Protein Shakes
Calories - 2800 Calories To Start
50% Protein(350 Grams), 25% Carbs(175 Grams), 25% Fat(80 Grams)

Ahhhh Yes......Thats why i said to start...I want to hit about 3200 cals...prob will just bump up my Fatty Acids to add another 150 cals, and then add another 10 grams of carbs per meal to get another 250....

Cardio - Very minimal - Bad Bad Bad Knee

I only do 10 Mins before training and 10 Mins After

I prob will do one Cardio session ON an Empty Stomach once a week 45 mins

Yes....I go as heavy as i can without it hurting.....and then i do high reps....i make sure i do squats, lunges, leg press, ext and curls, abd and abbucters...work it out real nice :) When i juiced at 21...i was squating high 400, low 500, but that is not longer a possibility...$hit happens when u party naked

Changed My Mind About Calories

Weeks 1 -2 : 3200 Cals - 1400 Protein(350 Grams), 1000 Carbs(250 Grams), and 800 Fat(90 Grams)

Fat is a little high but there are 21 Grams from Omegas( Udo's 3-6-9) and 36 Grams from Muscle Milk...Soooo There Good Fat

Weeks 3-6: 2800 Cals - 1400 Protein(350Grams), 800 Carbs(200 Grams), 600 Fat(70 Grams)

Reduce Brown Rice and Good Fats


Reason for this is to add a lil more mass in the front end and leaner in the end....

Thoughts???

Once again im 195lbs

Notes: Today I felt a lil somethin something. After the Long Pulls, I could barely put my arms down, i was walking around like a monkey, I enjoyed it. Appetite was up, and i got wierd twitching in my left shoulder..like muscles just twitching...anyone have any ideas? It was wierd it only happened about 2 hrs after i ate, but then i would eat, and it went away. Could it be a sign to tell me when to eat again??? OoOoOOOoOo...

I feel bigger, and tighter, my abs look suprisingly better. Tri's are a lil sore but thats all for today.

QUESTION: Who Thinks i should just take m-drol for the 1st 2 weeks at 10mgs instead of only on workout days? i mean i will only be adding 3-4 more pills to the mix...so instead of 10 pills id be taking 14...Thoughts???

Notes: Felt very strong, and fuller. Great workout prior to the pain. Im getting a wierd muscle tingling/ twitching in my left shoulder occasionally, NO IDEA...Great Pumps

Workout - None, Only got 5 Hrs of Sleep and didn't have time to work out.

Diet: 3200 - 3500 Cals, Hard to judge because I ate out..but still clean, lobster, shrimp, chicken...

Notes: Legs are hurting, as in a good pain, knee is fine, no issues today.

Weighing Myself On Monday morning, 2morrow to see whats happening so far.

Notes: Should of went heavier on some exercises, but didnt, will change for next workout. Traps started getting huge, and felt very good. No Sides, No Pain, No Fatigue. Everything is great so far. Arms 2morrow, get to see a lil variation from last arm workout.

Change In Dosing

Instead of going to 75mgs in week 2 of H-Drol, im going to do another week of 50 Mgs.....H-Drol takes about 2 + weeks to kick in, and i dont feel like taking 75mgs of H-drol and 10 mgs of mdrol at the same time...

So

Week 3: 75 Mgs Hdrol, 60 Xtren
Week 4: 75 Mgs Hdrol, 90 Xtren
Week 5: 100 Mgs Hdrol, 90 Xtren
Week 6: 100 or 125 Mgs Hdrol, 90 or 120 Xtren...TBD

Also PCT: Nolva and OTC Test Booster Should be good enough???? Or No?

oh man, i'm sure there is a good story there.... perhaps involving mexico? haha

this will be a VERY interesting log i'll be following also, i'm running something similar with test cyp and IGF but only taking the Hdrol to 100mg and the Xtren to 90mg, i found IGF helped big time with my torn ACL and my rotator cuff injuries.

I am a little shocked ur libido has crashed so hardcore. Pulsing epi has had mine on kind of a rollarcoaster high low. Thought SD with the HD wouldnt kill it this quick. Unless u have a girl or something don't worry about it too much. It will come back after PCT. Btw "tren" was a libido killer for me so don't expect it to do the trick.

thats why i use test in every cycle or at least HCG. my gf gets pissed and/or worried if i'm not ****ing her constantly so i just use viagra or cialis if i'm getting low libido from aas. other than that though i would think you have few options other than make sure you are sleeping a lot (that helps me). tren is NOT good for the libido also, so i would be surprised if that helped you.

Hmmmmmmmmm...

The Boys havent seemed to have shrunk, but i felt a lil pain after my workout in my boys.....the GF...thank god i have a gifted tounge...but im debating on getting rid of the tren because as stated before it is a libido killer....and just stick with H-Drol...

I only see the GF for like 2 days a week cause shes away so im thinkin getting my hands on some viagra or cialis....

Yea i didnt think it would hit me like this 2, maybe the combo of the 2 methyls didnt mix well..no idea...when i was just on Hdrol and Epi my libido was off the charts...sooooo...Debating on what to do

Anyone else?????

Any OTC i could take to cure this problem??

Not Doing M-Drol anymore, and Going to kick the X-tren, Just gonna stick with H-drol....Had a cycle with Hdrol and Epi that went well, so Just gonna Do The Hdrol For now....and The Plumbing Is Fixed...Ahhhh....Still getting blood work done 2morrow

what wuz the tren dosed at?, and could rebound be a problem? MAybe taper dose if it wuz high?

X-Tren was going to be 60 mgs for a week, followed by 90 for 2 weeks and the last week at 120..I didnt even start the Tren yet..I was supposed to start on Thursday

Also Now im only taking 75 mgs Hdrol, and prob gonna push 100mgs next week, and who knows since im running it solo perhaps 125..we shall c
