Hi,
I'm currently on a cutting/lean mass cycle while taking hdrol. I'm doing cardio/hiit first thing in the morning on an empty with my fat loss supps.
Questions:
1. Should I take h-drol before the cardio? Would it help put my body in a better state?
2. Do I need to take it with food? I have heard around that it COULD help but is there any evidence either way with Hdrol?
