Combatting lethargy brought on by S-Drol

Any suggestions besides caffeine?

I'm taking 10mg -1 hour prior to workout. I workout at 11:00AM. Crashing hard around 2:00 or so.

Pre-workout meal is usually oatmeal and a protein shake. Post workout is a moderate (sometimes high) carb/mod fat/ high protein meal replacement. With both the low and high carb post meals I'm crashing. I eat about every two hours - usually a piece of fruit and some kind of protein (or a shake).

I'm in my third and final week of my cycle and the lethargy is getting worse.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

ah yes, one of the big sides of all AAS and PHs. try buying yourself some cheap ass b vitamins and popping those a hour before you lift. should help throughout the rest of the day. (b6, b12)

Thanks everyone - I appreciate it. I had to drink a cup of coffee and pop two Excedrin just to make it home last night...

I'm getting some B vitamins and DHEA tonight.
